Upgrade not arrived

I ordered my new upgrade last weekend and the website said it would be with me within 7 days but when I track it it just says order confirmed its not even been dispatched. When will I get my new Samsung s21? As I'm worried my current contract is gonna end and the new one will start before I even get the phone which means I won't benefit fully from my new upgrade.

It was the Samsung galaxy s21 with 5g in grey with 256gb storage

This model is currently showing 'Available to order. Usually despatched within 21 days'

 

As soon as your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery of your upgrade 🙂

But the website said at the time of operating this would be sent out within 7 days. It said nothing about 21 days. Its states fast delivery within 7 days of upgrading. I dont understand where has 21 days come from? Does this mean that my upgraded contract could start before I even get the device?. Also how does it work with bt sports that ill be getting for free?

The timescales my colleague gave you are based on the the information we have now, this may have changed since you placed your order. 

 

When was it you placed your order?
