My upgrade is not showing on my EE account

I recently upgraded on the phone to the new iphone 13, however on my account it's not showing anything about the phone being brought. Also now on my account page it says "sorry you can't upgrade this product right now"

Can someone help, is this normal and has my new phone been brought?

Welcome to the community,

 

It will not show up as yet until you have received your new phone, also it is right that it shows sorry you cannot upgrade this product right now, as you have just done so and will not be able to upgrade until it shows the earliest you can upgrade or your standard upgrade. EE will let you know when it is being delivered, you will get notification from DPD the evening before delivery and on the day another one with a one hour window.
