My swap sim is not working

Hello,

 

my phone was stolen and I got a new SIM card to replace it on a new phone. 

It says no service. I tried turning off and on again my phone, cleaning the SIM card and putting it back on.

Have you activated the new SIM, as per how do I setup my new SIM ?

Hello,

 

according to the instructions I don’t need to activate it if it’s a replacement for a lost/stolen SIM card.

 

And of course I am unable to call 150 since I don’t have service and this is my only phone.
