My return jiffy bag has not arrived

I have left EE and called a few weeks ago to request a jifft bag to return my TV box. Nothing has arrived. What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear this hasn't arrived.

 

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can send this again.

i’d love to but can’t get through on the phone. I don’t understand why I can’t request one online.
