When did you order? This is not customer service here, no account access. Did you not receive a text or email with an order number? You should be able to check by logging into your account if you already have an account with EE, otherwise you will have to ring customer service and speak to them, it will also depend whether they have it in stock or whether they are waiting for stock. What phone did you order and what colour?
