Today I ordered a phone with a contract. The money was withdrawn from my bank account but I didn't get any order confirmation or payment. What should I do?

Thank you for your answer. Yes, the order was online. I have filled in all my details, shipping address and paid. After that, it redirected me to the EE homepage. I did not receive an e-mail or text message. Only money was taken from the bank. I checked spam and there is nothing either.
