My order is not recognised

Hi there, I ordered my daughters phone on 10th Feb, I have an email receipt. I'm currently working abroad on a ship and have no phone signal to ring up and confirm.

Help please, Im sick og my daughter asking where her phone is 🤣

Have you tried tracking the order using our online order tracker?

Hi Jon, I have, I've entered the 12 digit order number, the reply is it's just not recognising the number and as I'm offshore I can't ring 150.
