Hello community,
I’ve never expected this to happen, on the 4th of December i went to a EE STORE. In central London and placed an order for an iPhone 12 pro max 512gb graphite which was supposed to come in three weeks as the CSA told, i just keep getting a email, saying good news your order is coming soon, I already paid the upfront and everything, and on the email its says i need to pick it up from the store when its ready, but due to Covid all the stores are closed when i call the customer service no one wants to help. Please admin can u sort this out for me

If the store is closed when the phone is ready to deliver, it'll be sent to your account address.
