iPhone 12 Pro Upgrade

Hi. 

I ordered an upgrade last week... no sign of it and no eta. Came here and realised there’s little chance of me seeing my new phone anytime soon. 

However, you have sent me continual reminders to return my old phone by the 12th! Is the deal off if I don’t return it... because on your website you say I don’t need to return it until I get my upgrade. Confused by your mixed messages

You won't be expected to return the old phone until you receive your new one.
