I bought an EE PAYG SIM preloaded with £10 credit (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06X9C8PXF)
I have an unlocked, dual-SIM phone but when I inserted the new SIM, it reports "emergency calls only" and shows no bars. If I try to place a call I get "mobile network not available".
I've used a 2nd SIM before. Is there supposed to be a registration for this SIM or should it just work?
Is it possible I just have no EE signal or is something wrong?

Hi @BobFrapples
Thanks for coming to the community.
This should show signal for you, are you in the UK at moment?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi @BobFrapples
In addition to @Leanne_T question does the SIM packet have an expiry date?
Thanks
