@Jolenepeddle85  do you have insurance ? if you do not have insurance then there is no cover. And your best contacting Apple to make an appointment to have it fixed at a cost to yourself. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
