Hello there, i ordered my upgrade yesterday (Saturday) at about 6 in the morning, i received my email confirmation. But haven't heard anything since, i was just wondering if it would be Monday or Tuesday that i received my s10 5g handset. Many thanks

@bigKarl32  you might be better off calling customer services as it is a public forum that has no access to your account,  you won’t get any messages until the device has been dispatched. If EE have one that can be allocated to you you’ll probably get it Tuesday,  you’ll be very lucky to get it Monday. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ok that's great thank you. I half expect it to be Tuesday as i ordered it on a weekend. Thank you very much
