My SIM card uses 2 numbers

EmmaTjal

a while ago I switched to EE and brought my old number of there. However, whilst I can send texts with my old number I can only recurve them with the new temporary sim I was given. In the settings of my iPhone I can still see that it says the iPhone uses that temporary number and I cannot change it. What do I do?

@EmmaTjal  On your device turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then restart the device then go and check your phone number and make sure it’s correct in settings>phone.  If it is you can enable iMessage and FaceTime.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
