Hi I live in rural wales, can not get ADSL or Fiber internet, A local company installed a dish on the side of my house with a built in 4G modem, worked fine for about 12 months could get speed test results in the 80Mbps down and 22Mbps upload as a business user on a business contract I rely on the internet for work on the 27/06/2021 I had a speed of 83.51Mbps according the speed test since that date the best I have had is 6.58Mbps sometimes as low as 0.51Mbps, Tried rebooting the Router, Tried Updating the router as the upload speed is still good I believe I am either been throttled or my Local mast is having a meltdown, What can I do to resolve this as its affecting my work
SINR is 16 to 17dB RSRP is 78dB My router is a MikroTik RBLHG-5HPnD

Hi @A71011 ,
As you are a business customer, it may be worthwhile to review the terms applicable to your contract. For example, you may judge the below to be applicable based on the facts you have presented here.
4.4 Where there is disruption to the Network, for example issues with
Network coverage, speed or other aspects of Your Service (including
disruption described at point 6.1.1) You must let Us know by calling
Us. We’ll investigate and take steps to resolve the disruption
reported. You may be entitled to a discount as set out at 4.5 below,
depending on the nature of the disruption You experience. In
addition, You may also have legal options, for example the right to
require Us to fix the problem, or the right to a refund under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more information about these rights,
visit adviceguide.org.uk.
4.5 We would pro-rate your Monthly Charges or other recurring Charges
by up to 100% during a reported period of Network disruption where:
4.5.1 the disruption reported impacts the parts of the Network and the
Services You most frequently use; and
4.5.2 the disruption is considered to be severe based on Your previous
usage history and Our reasonable assessment of the impact of that
disruption on You, using appropriate diagnostics tools; and
4.5.3 an alternative mode of accessing the disrupted Services is
unavailable to You.
