I received an SMS yesterday saying my delivery had arrived at my chosen store and signed for (by someone using my name) and that I should go collect it. When I got there, the staff said they didn't have it, and asked me if I was sure it didn't arrive at my house and had I just forgotten signing for it already. Nofurther assistance was given. I have double checked the store address.

Yeah, someone is going to contact me in 3 working days to ask me "some questions". Haha. I'm supposed to help them find a phone they lost? It's not my problem, but somehow EE will make it my problem. Haha.
