I have a mini hub at my holiday lodge want to know if I can change my sim to the £20/month 80GB sim.

You would need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this upgrade, unless you can upgrade via your my EE app or online account.

Thanks for the reply, I love EE and surprised that I can’t upgrade my mini hub until the anniversary date. How strange that I would be spending more money but not allowed. 🤔

Do you have an early upgrade fee showing in your My EE account, if you wanted to do this now?

Where did you see that you were not allowed to change the plan or upgrade?
Or, have you called and spoken to our Mobile Care team and been advised you are unable to change this?

I phoned EE to see if I could use the £20/mth 80GB sim in my mini hub but was told I can’t upgrade until the contract anniversary ??
