How to keep my phone number (Prepay) when swapping from a micro sim smartphone to a nano sim Smartphone?
I have tried phoning EE for help, but because of the present climate, understandably very busy.
Tried on-line through the EE Account, but information not clear what to do?
Are the replacement Sim Cards free to existing customers or is a payment needed (£1.50 plus delivery charge)?

Hello Leanne.
I have not spoken to the Mobile Care Team, I did try to phone via 150 but it was a very long wait, so tried through this website, however I have sent an email through the email/complaints link on this website.
Is this the wrong route?

Just phoned 150.
Your very kind and friendly colleague has helped me to obtain a new 'Nano Sim Card' and update my home address, hopefully the new sim card will arrive through the post in a few days (fingers crossed!).
