Hi I received a black and white pop up on my phone screen with a white arrow and a white call word and name in the black and White pop up under I add the same with a white arrow and white call word and some numbers to call it back I did have my WiFi calling switch on has this kind of message come from my WiFi calling being switch on can someone help me with this question has I haven't seen this kind of pop on my phone screen before

Also James I did check my call history there was no incoming calls or missed calls in my call history there was only the call out what I made to a friend hopefully you can find out for me where this pop up came from thanks

I don't think I've ever seen a pop up like that before, @Walldavid88 and although your drawing is very helpful, it isn't quite the same as seeing a screenshot.

What kind of phone are you using?

Hi I am using a imo phone device hopefully you can find out what this pop up is and where has it come from to get on my phone I will wait for your reply thanks

I've had a search around the internet and cannot find anything similar, @Walldavid88.

It could be from an app or your phone browser. If you see if pop up again, please try and take a screenshot of it and we'll do our best to help further.

Like I said I didn't think about taking a screenshot at the time that's why I sent you the drawing to show what it looks like I haven't seen the message again since I first see it

Hi I haven't found my answer to my question but I looked online and found these messages like I have early when I made a call to my friend also I did dail the wrong number once or twice when I was phoneing my friend and later on I noticed that my WiFi calling was switch on so do you think these messages I am showing you could be the answer to my problem what I seen on my phone screen could anyone kindly let me know if is could be the answer thanks

Call divert/call forwarding is for you to set up when you receive calls they get diverted to a different phone number. 

WiFi calling just gives you signal on your device when you have no or poor cellular signal.   Basically you can still use your phone to make/receive calls/texts.

Hi just received you message I was calling a friend up and later on I noticed that my WiFi calling was switch on between calls to my friend I noticed this kind of pop up on my phone screen the name on the drawing I am showing you might not be right and the number I saw has well the the idea of the drawing is what I saw on my phone screen here is a other picture of what the number looked like when I received the pop up on my phone screen I have no idea what this is and where it has come from and now it got on my phone I have sent you the drawing of what it looked like has I didn't think at the time to take a screenshot of it and like I have already said I am sending you a picture also of what the number may have looked like on the pop up on my phone screen hopefully you can find the answer for me to what this was thank you I will wait for your reply

Did you use an app to make the call? such as WhatsApp or Skype, when you seen the message?
