I bought a iPhone 11 from one of my friends who was supposed to use the money to pay off the contract SIM card and she didn’t, a few months later the phones been blocked so I’m unable to use it she’s told me it’s because she’s not paying for the SIM card anymore but I didn’t think that the phone got blocked if you stopped paying for the SIM card anyways she’s now telling me for EE to unblock the phone I have to pay £150 I paid her £500 for the phone which she was supposed to use to pay off the rest of her contract and she hasn’t so now I’m left with no phone what do I do? Is there any way for me to get the phone unblocked so I can use it again or is it totally useless?

EE will not un-blacklist that phone for you; only for the original owner.
This is a dispute between you & the person you bought it from & does not concern EE in any way.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
