I have an s20+ ultra 5g. Every time I start up my phone I get a message: Search for your new mobile plan? I untick the box but it comes up each time. How do I stop it?

Sorry, I haven't been able to find a solution for this issue.
I'd recommend contacting Samsung Support to see if they can help.
