Manual adding eSim to new phone

Can someone provide me with an activation code from a QR esim pack as one wasn’t provided to me when my new phone came.

Hi @Andyland66,

 

You can order a replacement eSIM pack at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/order-sim/.

 

If you upgraded, there will be a physical SIM in the envelope that arrived with your new phone. You can activate this SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim to use until your eSIM pack arrives.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately a Sim card wasn’t supplied in my pack. I have not been able to use my new phone since it has been sent. Replacement Sams have also not arrived and it has already been a week. Thanks.

When did you order your replacement SIM? It shouldn't take longer than 2-5 working days to arrive.
