I tried to send an e Mail and it said account not recognised. This has happened before and I just delete the account and reinstall it but on this occasion I did this successfully except that apart from the In Box and Bin I have lost all my other Mail Boxes. The strange thing is that they are still there on my I Pad and they normally synchronise

Are you using the default email app on your iPhone @egbert?
Have you tried removing your email account and re-adding it again?
Are all of your folders present if you login to your inbox via the web?

The problem originally arose when I tried to send an e Mail and it said ‘can’t send Mail’ so I deleted the account and re-input it as I have done many times before. I could try doing the same thing again but where on Settings it used to say Passwords and Accounts it now only says Passwords so don’t know how to access the account to delete it
if I sign in on the Web or on my I Pad all the folders are there but messages deleted on my I Phone no longer auto delete on other devices

This is my old Samsung glaxsi phone I am on ee network. I had upgraded my fone to Apple 11 2 weeks ago and I am trying to return Apple 11 in order to fill in the form No success and I am tired of all procedure
