Lost sim abroad

Hi all, I’m in a really sticky situation and need help. I have accepted a temp contract for work in Italy, just arrived and I dropped my phone over the side of the boat at work, just got a new phone but I desperately need my EE sim back, how can I get a replacement sim and have it sent to Italy, I’m desperate to be honest

Hi @Kyle_newton 

 

You need to call EE C/S (from any phone) on +44 7953 966250 and report your phone/SIM lost.

 

They can arrange a replacement to your UK billing address.
