Extra SIM card not wanted or needed

Daveott

I received a SIM card when I upgraded my phone that wasn’t ordered, I called customer service about the problem and was told that the issue was going to be fixed. Low and behold £33 was taken for payment for a SIM card that I haven’t even activated and it’s more expensive than both my original sims that I do use. I also contacted EE through the app. No response at all !

Sounds like you have ordered a new contract rather than an upgrade.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

No definitely an upgrade I spoke to customer service and they told me it would be sorted out, and I called them within 14 days so statutory rights should have been observed, if they are any sort of professional company. A bit of basic training should carried out. Poor management all round

@Daveott   If you upgraded then you get a new tariff you don’t keep the old one.  So what have your original sims got to do with this ?
