Iphone 13 Pro Max 128gb Silver

Hi I ordered my phone on the 26th of September as trade in and was told that the phone would arrive within 7 days and that I needed to send my older phone as trade in by the 11th of October, I haven't received the new iPhone nor had any dispatch confirmation yet and it's been nearly 3 weeks - I'm quite worried about this as I received an email saying if I did not sent my older iPhone by the 11th of October I will be charged an extra £630 on my upcoming bill but I need to have a phone for work so I cannot send my older phone before I get the new one.

@solenepasquier  perhaps giving customers services a call about this would be the best cause of action. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Have you heard anything since? I also ordered in store on the 26th and have heard nothing!
