EXTRA CHARGE TAKEN - I AM AWAY AND DONT WANT TO RING AND GET CHARGED

Hi,

I am away and i paid my bill early however they have now taken payment again. I know i need to contact Support however theres only the option to phone. I am away for another 4 weeks and I do not want to ring and end up with a huge charge on my next bill.

Please can someone let me know how I can contact EE without having to ring. The 'start conversation' doesn't appear for me as I am not in the UK.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Is your payment method set for DDs? If so, once your bill is posted it is far too late to stop the DD being actioned when you choose to make a manual payment on or shortly after the bill date. You shouldn't be doing that. Now the extra payment will be held on the account as credit against future bills.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
