Lost new phone

I had a brand new galaxy z3 and tablet I hadnt even registered them and they got stolen and I got no insurance what can I do and can I still claim the free watch that was included

I am so sorry to hear this has happened to you. 

To claim the watch you will be required to provide your proof of purchase and IMEI number.
