Lost Internet connection

Hi I have lossed Internet connection a lot lately not sure what's going on but all my lights are green on router and it says no Internet how is that possible and it keeps doing it? I'm going to have to end my contract if this carries on!

@Missunderstood7    If this a fixed line BB or a mobile BB ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Any noise on your line? 17070 option 2, best with corded phone. You may get a dull hum with cordless.

Can you post your full router stats:

For a BrightBox: login and go to Advanced Settings/ System/ DSL Status. Also post 'System Uptime' from top of System Log page.
For a SmartHub: login and go to Advanced Settings/ Technical Log/ Information. Obscure your names & any numbers in the BB Username & also the SSIDs.
