My home broadband service just stopped working around 12.30am i followed all the typical ways to reboot my broadband but nothing would work until 6.35am magically it is again fully connected no issues i was unable to get help from anywhere and as i don't have a land line i couldnt text the technical department to run some tests i can only assume that there was a reason for this to happen as obviously theres no fault but i lost alot of time and work on project's as i had no wifi can any one shed any light on this please

These things occasionally happen, particularly overnight. It could be that an OR eng has accidentally disturbed your line while working at exchange or cab, It should be back by mid-morning at the latest w/out EE even being aware of it.
