EE add to plan, has been the most useless page on the EE website!!!!!!
i can say it hasn't worked for over a year.
i have had to phone up to get stuff added to my plan, and complained about it at the same time.
But now...The customer phone staff are having trouble adding to plan too!
i phoned in twice and spoke to different representatives and the both had the same issue the system just doesn't allow them to carry out the order.
EE what is going on ? do you not want to sell anything ?
Can anyone shed some light ?

Do you see a particular error message when you try to place an add to plan order online?

Nope
Sometimes it says cannot add to plan as it picks one of my old tel numbers by default
But if I pick a active line suitable
It just takes me back to the home page
Does it everytime and has done since the beginning.
I've made multiple EE employees aware.
But they are also having issues giving me a order.
Doesn't make sense, it seems the website has been broken for ages and its never been fixed

This was happening to me. I was told that it was because the number was not eligible for any to be added to my contract.
I have just added something at the weekend. Found it much easier doing it in the app. Selecting the correct phone number and them pressing “what’s new” in the menu and then selecting add to plan offer. Worked no issue.

I have ordered bits before this time just seems harder
Other weird thing is website doesn't show all my numbers but the app does.
I also mentioned this to the representative, he has no idea why it was doing that.
I shall give the app ago, in the past I had issues doing it this way too
