I've just changed from pay as you go to pay monthly and now when I try to login I get the following error message: "Login error - Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later." Any ideas?
Also, for some reason (not sure if the issues are related) when anyone from my contacts calls me their number no longer appears, they just come up as Unknown. I've made sure that caller ID is not hidden in the settings so it's not that. Any thoughts on this?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
