Given that the app and website are broken and there seems to be little information regarding a fix, how long does it take to get phone number transferred to another network? 

Advice would be appreciated.

@GeoAsh : Could be just a few days if you are outside contract term. Get your PAC from EE and give it to the network of your choice.
