Profile closed

I have received my new ee sim, registered a account and now trying to transfer my number..

I go to this https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/keeping-your-number

enter my pac code, then it askes for ee number and number to transfer it auto fills the correct ee number but I get this error

"Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07."

I have checked and double checked but I am unable to continue because of this error.

I have given up on giffgaff due to incompetents and pore network service. but unable to complete this simple task makes me wonder.

how can I transfer my number????

Hi @Profile closed

If you're having problems submitting your PAC online, I'd recommend calling EE C/S to do the same.

You can do so on 150 from your mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.

If this is a PAYG SIM there's nothing to close. Just don't use the EE SIM.

Yes there is.

I had to join @Ee.co.uk/join to try to transfer number... I also had make this community account to post here........

Both are unnecessary and unneeded! I will get them removed from the system.....
