Hello I have a phone number with EE but since last november I am abroad and never did a charge again. In october i will return to the UK and I would like to keep the same number. I do not have a contract. Please let me know about it.

@Maga1 : Are you on PAYG?
If so, When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Sorry what is it PAYG?? Do I need to contact the customer service when I arrive to the UK or just make a charge to keep the number?

PAYG = Pay As You Go or pre-paid. Do you top it up when in UK? That's PAYG!

You need to answer my Q: When did you last use it for a chargeable action? before we can say anything definite.

Hi @Maga1
I recommend a read of the information in this EE help article
It explains the PAYG hibernation process that @XRaySpeX is trying to help you with.

The last time I made a chargeable action was last november. I received a message saying that my number was in hibernation. How should I proceed once I arrive to the UK in october?

You've lost it completely. It's been over 9 months since you spent money on it.
