Keep Old SIM new summer Pack

Hi.

I'm on payg. I've seen the summer SIM offer with twice the data for same price. How do I get this offer on my existing SIM without ordering a new SIM?

Also, why can't I get the chatbox to speak to someone? Because I logged in? Only for prospective customers?

Same problem here. Really unhelpful. Yes, no chat for payg customers.

Also at the moment the summer pack as u described is for new Sims. You have to get a new one. No idea if it can apply to old Sims -old customers.

@Ro1234  Live chat is only available to contract customers not PAYG customers.  

 To take advantage of the summer offer you will need to order a new Sim as that is the offer. ( it’s to entice new customers )  you then also need to transfer your number to this new Sim
