Choose data or minuts boost error

When got option to choose between these 2 this time chose extra 50min option instead of data option.

But didn't get one chosen it gave me data one even knowing chose minutes one.?

What's going on and is any way change them once you chose it for me.?  (Some choice that is.)

Sorry to hear that you had a problem with your data boost.

 

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can try and change this for you.

I'm also hoping your tech team will fix this on your end too so don't happen again.

Also noticed that pay as go only has call option thus no good for those who deaf.

 

Needs email option too.
