I am entitled to 1 Smart Benefit as part of my new EE contract, and attempted to choose the BT Sport Ultimate option.
I have so far been unsuccessful, receiving a message that says “This hasn’t gone through. It’s our fault. Your Smart Benefit has not been added at this time. Please try again later”.
After several further attempts I decided to choose the Apple TV option, but didn’t really want this. There was no issue with this option going through…it went through without any problem.
Having removed this app from my add-ons, I have again been unable to access the BT Sport app….receiving the same error message.
is anyone else experiencing this frustrating issue?

@Nickins Might be best to call customer services so they can add it for you.

i will do that. I just wondered whether this was perhaps a glitch in the system that might be affecting others as well as me. Cheers
