I inputted my email address wrong (used .co.uk instead of .com) so had no confirmation of my order. I have order number and I managed to speak to an agent and advised her but still had no confirmation and phone is supposedly arriving tomorrow.

Any way to know I have passed credit check ect as I was worried I'd not pass.

Thanks

Hi @Electrodreams,

Welcome to the community 🙂

When you spoke to our customer care team, did they confirm that your order was on the system and delivery had been arranged?

As soon as your delivery has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD to confirm your delivery slot.

Alex 🙂

All good now thanks, phoned again to make sure and it's been picked. Just with no other confirmation I was worried.

Hi @Electrodreams,

I'm glad you are all sorted!

I hope you enjoy your new phone and being with EE.

Welcome to the network 🙂

Yes however I am not happy. I ordered the Samsung A51 5G as per order confirmation and I have been sent the non 5g version but I wanted my BT sport and a phone as would of been left with none so I am settling with this device.

Had first bill too after 2 days use and it states £50 bought forward ?? No idea how and the bills £91 after choosing a £41 a month plan so I am feeling somewhat disappointed already with EE and considering leaving

Our Mobile Care team will be able to check why the bill was higher than it should be, @Electrodreams.

They'll be able to explain what's happened or correct it, if it's a mistake.

Let us know how you get on.
