Hi,
I'm currently away in China trying to contact support is there no online chat support on EE ? or am i missing something?
Really dont want to sit in a call centre que at £1.80 a minuite

Yes, if you are on contract you'll find Live Chat at Get in touch when it's available during EE UK opening hours.

Thanks for posting on the community.
If you have a personal pay monthly account, you can log into your My EE account online and a chat option will show when an agent is available.

Hi Leanne, but its not there I've been trying every day from the get in touch page i click live chat but the chat Picture/icon on the left of the row is always Blank. I'm trying to get back in touch with customer support as they said i needed to wait until after the 4th Aug to activate the 2nd sim slot on my P30 and move my EE sim to the E Sim.
I'm In China now with work and still cannot use the phone.
Any suggestions appreciated

@swac3 Login to your my EE app and click the 3 lines top left then click settings then click roaming and turn on both options there. Then restart the device. I’m pretty sure you can not activate the eSim until your back on the EE network.

Hi Chris,
Aye that makes sense, but EE wouldn't process the request to activate the Esim and move my EE contract sim to that before the 4th of Aug, So i need them to actually do that.
If I have to be directly connected to an EE mast for this to now work then I'm going to have to Buy a phone in china which is really Ironic as I chose the P30 because it was dual sim capable. EE wouldn't activate the E sim facility earlier before i left the UK I was 4 days short of the date.
