@Christine15 The delay is that Samsung have to give the device to EE to send out and a pre-order is not a guarantee of receiving the device on launch day or thereabouts. You’ll have to wait till the model type you ordered comes in to EE and can be allocated to you as everyone who ordered that type before you has their device.
EE is not the only network that Samsung supplies with this devices and they have to try and supply all networks just as much as EE and that’s not just the UK networks.
