Is anyone else having an issue with their pre-ordered Galaxy watch?

I ordered my Galaxy watch on the 2nd of November, one I'd  completed the order I was told it will be delivered on the 14th of November. 12 days later they're now telling me that I could be waiting up to 4 weeks? 

Is anyone else having this issue?

@Chris_B I see, I would have thought that id be one of the first people to get one because the watches were advertised from the 1st and I ordered mine on the 2nd.

@Ellis19l96  A pre order is not a  guarantee of receiving the device on a set date as it will depend on stock levels and how many other people ordered the device as well.  EE only receive so many at a time from Samsung and it’s first come first served.

@Ellis19l96  Just because you ordered on the 2nd it doesn’t mean you’ll get still, how many other customers ordered on that date and before you,   And how many ordered the same model as you ?
