I made an order for Iphone 13 Pro last Wednesday, the guy on the phone told me I should expect it Thursday if not definitely Friday. I got the email confirmation after the phone call but my tracking has not updated yet. I also ordered airpods with them that aren’t here yet

 

Should I be concerned or is there a genuine shortage? I don’t really want to start paying for a phone I do not have. Thank you in advance

It was the airpods with wireless case, as far as i am aware they were in stock when ordered. I paid £10 upfront so just unsure how they haven’t arrived or even been updated about them in almost 3 weeks now

I’m not too sure, sorry. The email just says airpods with wireless case but my best guess would be gen 3. It is £17 a month for 11 months if thats any help?

The 3rd Generation are showing as in stock, I would recommend giving us a call on 150 so our customer care team can look into this further for you.
