I think EE is joking...after 34 days of waiting i saw in order updates that between 9th-14th December my phone will be delivered and today is again "awaiting confirmation"....are you thinking about how your customers are feeling after such a long waiting period???

mine has done the exact same! I’ve also ordered the 12 pro gold 128gd
Checked this morning and it’s back to awaiting confirmation.

I upgraded on the 2oth of November to an I phone 12, the operative on the phone said it would arrive by the 12th of December at the very latest, still nothing !!!! tried calling , emailing - no answer, answerphone message states service not available ,and to try again later, tried an online chat, all busy.
starting to get cheesed off to say the least.
any ideas??

Mine has done the same. I checked mine today and it says dispatch expected within 24 hours? Somehow I don’t believe that at all, just a joke now!

+1 for me, ordered an i phone 12 pro 128gb in graphite on the 20th of November, still nothing, was told it would be here by the 12th. chased it today and was told it Might be here for Christmas, very pleasant young lady, but no real help. the annoying thing is that no one is telling you, or keeping you up to date, of an issue, you seem to be left to chase it when you dont recieve anything.

The delivery guidance for that model when you placed your order was dispatch within 28 days.

with the utmost respect, the guidance from your colleague when I upgraded over the phone was two weeks max, with the 12th of December being the very latest timescale.
I assume you have access to the phone recordings? feel free to check. if I had known there was a possible delay, I would have waited for the rush to die down a bit, and not planned to give my daughter a new phone for Christmas. . The bigger complaint is that no one has contacted me explaining / or apologizing for the delay, its been left to me to get back in contact to chase it.

Hope you get this sorted. My ee tracker has been saying ‘dispatch within 24 hours for a few days now’ would honestly rather no update at all than a false one. It’s such a joke getting
