I upgraded on the 24/11/20 since then have received few updates or any information about my order. I haven't been made aware of a delay to dispatch and delivery, its been two weeks and still no information on when to expect my order. I would like an updated on my order and when I might receive it. If I was made aware of possible lengthy delivery times I would have waited to upgrade my contract and been spared this nonsense but with this experience next time my contract is up I am leaving EE.

I ordered 29/11 and have had one email to say it’s on track. They have no stock, so I was told 4 weeks for delivery. I ordered the 12 pro 128gb in pacific blue.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 28 days.
You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

I ordered my iphone 12 pro 128gb on 9th November!! Still no expected delivery date! No idea when I will recieve the phone, EE are unable to tell me when they have stock in too.

I’m in the same boat, 2 and a half weeks waiting. Got told I would have it by today and now won’t have it until Boxing Day apparently

@Melissacardnox At least they have given you an expected delivery date, i have no idea and have been waiting over a month 😞

They’ve given me so many delivery dates & not they haven’t shown on any of those dates.
