Iphone 12 Pro Delivery time

Hi , I’ve ordered Iphone 12 pro Pacific Blue 128 GB on 4th of December. I was advised delivery will take up to 28 days. I’ve received a text from EE on 18th of December , that my order is coming soon , any idea how long that will be ? As I’m not able to track it yet. Also last week I visited the EE store on Bond Street in London , hoping phone will be in stock - they’ve only had the graphite one which I also like , but said I can’t cancel my online delivery as it has been dispatched already - but still no proper update. Can you let me know how long will take for the delivery , as I’ve got that text few days ago ?

Hi Had my dispatch notification yesterday too, so sounds like they might have got new stock! Happy new phones everyone when they arrive!

Can someone from @ee let me know why I keep receiving notifications every week since i placed my order without any reliability? My guess is this week I receive another one stating my order is on track as they apperantley started to repeat... 

I get the same, I will call them tomorrow and I will cancel my order, O2 make the delivery in less than a week, I have a month and like you said every week messages but nothing else.

Think to cancel my order also in the next few days. I understand considering the circumstances they have issues with the supply but I think the whole waiting time and misinformation is ridiculous.

Are you sure 02 can deliver sooner?  Their website says 'usually within a week' for the iPhone Pro except for the 512GB variant which is 'usually within 2 weeks'.  'Usually' seems a bit vague to me.🙄

I placed my order on the 5th of December. Told at the time it would be 2 days. Ordered along with 2 iPhone 11s. The 11s took a week to be delivered. I was assured that I would receive my new handset no later then the 2nd of Jan (via a text I still have on my phone from the operator in question). Just received a text with an update which wasn’t an update at all. 
I know there is a pandemic and it’s causing chaos. Now I can’t upgrade all 3 contracts at the same time when they come around for renewal. I never have issues with EE until it comes to new handsets. It seems they have no answers and slopey shoulders syndrome. It blatantly isn’t good enough!

I ordered mine on the 23rd November, and it has an estimated delivery time now of tomorrow, initially I was given 18th December as the delivery date but due to supply issues I was too it would be later. I can now track my delivery and its close by, it will just be a matter if the courier is delivering tomorrow or not given the bank holiday, looking at the date you ordered I would say it might be a week or so behind mine, hopefully this gives some comfort that it will arrive eventually! EE have been good when I have contacted them, but haven't really been pro active in keeping us updated!

When I spoke to EE 30th Dec they could not or would not give any information. I have called 3 times to chase it up. If they haven’t got stock say so. The fact I have been given 2 dates and both have passed is now laughable. If my business operated like this, I wouldn’t have a business for much longer!
