I pre-ordered my upgrade to the 12 Pro 128 in Graphite on the 2nd November and was told it's up to a maximum of 21 days. I need the phone as I have problems with my current phone and need a fully working handset to use for work. I've just checked this morning and it's saying 30th November to 5th December. Why is this? I understand things are late sometimes, especially when something is in demand, but very poor management of expectations. Why say 21 days when I am looking at up to 5 weeks?

I ordered mine on 27th. They said 1 week to me when i ordered (obviously misled). How do i check when my estimated date is?

Wow. Thanks for this. Mine is saying 25 Nov 2020 - 30 Nov 2020. I was in no rush for the phone anyway, but when the person who sold it to me says a week when it's actually going to be a month, is absurd!
I might just have to cancel the whole thing. I paid an early upgrade fee for what? Anyways thanks again for showing me the tracker.

Ok so you have a similar lead time that I do without working it out on a calendar. How far away was it until your contract end date ref the upgrade fee?
