Ipad Pro 5G

Hi All,

Only a quick one...

Just didn't know if anyone had started receiving any information around the processing &/or shipping of their Ipad Pro 5G pre-orders that they had made yet?

Just for reference and comparison, I have ordered the 12.9 Pro 256GB on 30/4 at 1:21pm (when the website actually loaded showing the 5G's as order-able! 🙂)

Any updates?

Absolutely none. 

It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered and almost 3 weeks since it was released and no meaningful communication on lead time has been given.

Still nothing here either.

 

Have now also placed an order with another network so will see which comes first and cancel the other!

I feel for you all!..this is hell…apparently this happened at some point with the iPad Pro 2020’s.
I’m going to give it till the 25th June and pull the cord and buy one from an Apple Store!

EEs communication is extremely bad, ironic for a communication company. I was late to ordering on the 28th May so I can't see my 12.9 2TB SG showing up for a long time yet, just the usual your order is on track updates.

 

It's a joke that the EE page still shows it as in stock for next day when it damn well isn't. At least with 02 they give you estimated dates based on the capacity.

 

My mother ordered the 12.9 256GB SG on the 25th May and no updates on that either at the moment.

@Radeon85OCUK it’s exactly that, even a small update to say it might still be a few weeks away based on the way stock has been coming in so far would set the expectation rather than not knowing anything at all!

What colour combos have you gone for?

@Radeon85OCUK , EE are delivering on a first come first serve, as soon as they get stock in, depending what size storage and colour, and this depends on what Apple are sending out. I pre-ordered and received mine on Friday, but there must be others before you and your mother,  who are waiting, so will have to wait a little longer. 

 

I am sure you will all receive them, as soon as they have stock and the size etc, you have ordered and will be delivered on first come first serve. You can keep an eye on progress in the My EE App.

Well I just got my DPD shipping notification, my iPad is arriving at 10am tomorrow. 

It’s been nice being miserable with you all, but now I am part of the chosen few and shall ascend into the promised land tomorrow.

I ordered one from Argos for pickup tomorrow
