I'm trying to change my physical Sim to a eSimm however when I try to download the eSim using the QR code I get the error "Incorrect QR code", what would be the likely cause for this error?

Hi,

I have made some progress.

On MyEE browser (laptop), I could see the eSim download option in notifications, but not in the MyEE APP.

Adding the QR code manually never worked.

I tried the following:

1. unistall MyEE APP from my Pixel 4XL

2. Open MyEE browser in the phone, login to MyEE Account and click Download eSIM

3. The browser sent me to Google Play to download the APP

4. Installed, logged in and followed the installation steps.

5. At this point, the newly installed APP showed the same notifications as the laptop browser version, including the eSim download option.

6. Clicked the download option and followed the instructions. Pixel has now installed the eSim and asked which one to be used for Data (without clear guidance I chose the Sim1 which I think is the physical one)

7. In MyEE APP, there is now a new notification saying "eSIM downloaded, Activate SIM" - when I click the "Activate Sim" button, there is a screen to confirm the EE phone number and that a text will be sent. Returns an error "PIN not sent - We are not able to send you a one time PIN this time. Please try again".

I can see both SIMs now in Pixel settings, but can't make the eSIM to be used (Shows in settings as E0000 while the other shows my last number 4 digits)

Any suggestions?
