Impossible to upgrade

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to take advantage of the Upgrade Anytime tariff I'm on. The website says I can upgrade but then says No Tariffs Available when I select the Pixel 6 Pro. Live Chat are rarely online and the one time I did get through I was told the website needed fixed and to check again in 48 hours. Calling 150 is out of the question for me as I'm hard of hearing and rely on lip reading. To top it off I went to my local EE store at 7pm as they close at 9pm. I arrived in my Argos store where EE is located to find all the lights on but the staff had gone home!

Hi @Redpaul1970,

What is the cost of your current plan? You can only upgrade to a plan that has an equal or higher monthly cost when using your upgrade anytime benefit.

Hi @James_B I'm on Smart Plan Unlimited at £81 per month. I get the unavailable plans message for every single phone. Despite being eligible for an upgrade it looks like I have zero options. One time i manages to get through the order process and my tariff was the same after add-ons but the order didn't go through.

Hi @Redpaul1970,

I'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team at ee.co.uk/contact-ee. They'll be able to report the issue with your online account and run through your upgrade options with you.

Thanks

James

I Have the same issue, it seems to be a website problem which has been this way for over a week.

Also when using "Add to plan" if you try adding something on back order or out of stock your simply directed to a page cannot be found error rather than out of stock message.

CS guy told me should hopefully be resolved soon, very confusing for people.
