I ordered my IPhone 12 Pro 128gb in Graphite on 3rd November. When ordering I was told it would be despatched within 21 days. Tomorrow is day 21 and still no despatch. Any ideas?
@CraigT77 @I agree 100%, I also am aware of it being apples fault but the lack of communication is not what I expected, also if I knew the wait would be this long I would of ordered a different size/colour. I paid the rest of my contract off to upgrade but the price was on the day I ordered it, by the time I receive the new phone I will have paid another month of the contract so am I due the money back as account credit or is that more money EE have got out of me?
Frustating - I'm ready to flog my XR, and have a decent quote for it, and I'm switching from another provider - so the delay is seeing me pay two contracts and possibly having to use an ancient SE in the meanwhile, which is going to be a challenge... Going to be a testing wait...
